Folly of Attacking Iran Panel - UCLA (February 7, 2008)
Stephen Kinzer, veteran New York Times correspondent and author of the book All the Shah?s Men is traveling across the US to make the case for real diplomacy with Iran. He was joined by Brigadier General John Johns and Dr. Reza Aslan at UCLA in a panel discussion.
The event was sponsored by the UCLA Coalition for Peace, the National Iranian American Council, and Just Foreign Policy.

The US-Iran relations cannot be analyzed without discussing UK's role. Washington needs the support of NATO and especially the British to engage in another war. So far, London has not given the green light for a war with Iran. The probability of war with the US can be minimized as long as Iran can maintain cordial relations with Britain. The British have consistently been masters of the art of diplomacy and should once again prove that they're still Iran's best friend by brokering peace between US and Iran.
